Objective: The purpose of this project was to book appointments for the regional sales managers of the client company. Visitors to the clients stand had their visitor badges scanned and stored in a database. The propects were contacted by telephone and those invited to meet with the Regioinal Sales Managers.
Several weeks of appointments were booked for three Regional Sales Managers & a number of other leads attained for future reference. A follow-up campaign involved targeting all visitors to the exhibition, not just the clients stand.
